Bereavement Supports;

#HereForYouSouthEast : The HSE Suicide Resource Office in collaboration with the Children & Young People's Services Committees in the South East hosted a Bereavement Support Campaign.  Commencing on September 6th 2021 and over the course of eight weeks, eight organisations that provide services and supports to people who are experiencing grief and loss were profiled. Each week, an information sheet, promotional video and other useful resources were released.  There are also materials that can be shared on social media.  For further information and to access social media assets for each week of the campaign, please click here.

  • Wexford Parents Hub can be accessed on the Wexford CYPSC website.  Click here for more information.  The Hub also operates a Facebook page which can be accessed here.
  • Parents Centre - This resource was developed by the Department of Children and Youth Affairs.  During the COVID-19 measures, parents are managing a range of new challenges in a number of areas of life.  The Parents Centre is a central information point where parents can get high quality, trusted information and support.  It will be updated as new information becomes available.  To find out more click here.

  • Traveller Community - there is now a specific helpline number for members of the Traveller Community.  Phone / text 083 100 6300.
  • Webwise provides free information, advice and resources to help parents, teachers and students address internet safety issues.  Click here for more information.
