Youth Support

We Dont Want This

Victim, Parent, Instigator & Sharer Impact

The North Central Child and Family Support Network have been involved in a project over the past year looking at the concerning incidents of orchestrated fights amongst secondary school aged children and the recording and sharing of this footage. Network members had expressed concern about the rising number of incidents of this nature in the county.

The outcome of this project has been  the production of four short films looking at the impact of these incidents on all those involved as well as the impact of filming and sharing. The films will be a useful tool to support schools and youth services to create awareness amongst both the student body and parents of the impact of these incidents.
