• To ensure the voice of children and young people is heard at local and national level.
• To work in a way that recognises that children and young people live in families and that work to support and empower families is essential to supporting the welfare of children and young people.
• To work to ensure that children and young people of all backgrounds are given opportunities to to develop to their full potential.
