Limerick CYPSC are hosting a Positive Parenting Event on Thursday 21st April 2016. Social worker and best-selling author of books on Parenting and Positive Psychology, Dr. John Sharry, will be the main speaker.
The event will take place at the Absolute Hotel, Limerick as part of the 6th annual Limerick Lifelong Learning Festival.
The key note speaker, Dr. John Sharry has over 25 years experience as a child and adolescent mental health professional, he is co-developer of the award winning Parents Plus Programmes, and also writes a weekly parenting column for The Irish Times.
Members of the Limerick CYPSC Parenting Sub-group, Parenting Limerick will be delivering interactive workshops on:
- Communicating with Babies/Toddlers
- Attachment in the Early Years
- Cyberbullying
- Coping with Challenging Behaviour in Teens

Limerick’s Lifelong Learning Festival runs from 16th to 22nd April 2016 and is a celebration of learning across the region.
