The official launch of the Incredible Years Programme for South Tipperary took place on Friday 26th September 2014 at the Clonmel Park Hotel, Clonmel.

An interagency group, under the South Tipperary Children and Young People's Services Committee were successful in being allocated a grant to deliver the Incredible Years Programme over a two year period in schools and communities across South Tipperary.

To date, a series of Teacher Classroom Management Programmes have been delivered to Teachers from Primary Schools across South Tipperary. Parent Group Leader training programmes and Parenting Programmes are currently being rolled out in Tipperary, Clonmel, Cashel and Slieveardagh.

The South Tipperary Incredible Years Programme is strongly linked into and supported by agencies and organisations working in communities. It is hoped that this community based approach will provide parents with the confidence to take part in the Incredible Years Parenting Programme within their own community.
