All Services Children’s Rights Division of the Council of Europe has set up a dedicated Covid 19 website: Protecting and empowering children during the Covid-19 pandemic. It contains  key standards, guidance and practical tools for parents and frontline professionals to communicate with children, to prevent harm encountered in online activities and respond to their increased vulnerability, in particular to violence.
